im confused as why zac randomly unfollowed everyone and fans yesterday then he today followed his friends again, so what was the point of him unfollowing everyone when he could have just unfollowed the fans?

i don't know how many accounts he was following, but i'm pretty sure it was because it's the easiest way to rid of all fan accounts.

I'm liking all the stuff we are getting from Hawaii so far. Even saw a video of what appears to be him cliff-jumping. Not my thing but more power to him for having fun. Although I'm sure the studio would not be amused LOL.

Regarding the social media thing. I wish people would stop acting like he "lied" about taking over his social media. I've seen it in a few places. The reality is, even if he does start to post more, it's never going to be all him. He still needs people to help out occasionally, especially for promoting his projects and such. To be honest, I'm shocked he agreed to take on a bit more of a role with his social media at all, considering he's never really shown too much interest in it. As far as un-following the fans goes, whoever did that (because I don't believe for a second it was actually him) is my new hero. And if he told someone to do that, kudos to him. Following fans always came across as a very stupid thing to do in the first place so I'm glad that era appears to be over. And the reason he probably unfollowed everyone as opposed to just the fans was because it's easier to start with a clean slate than having to take the time to click 'unfollow' for every fan. Plus, he eliminated the "why did he unfollow me and not this fan" drama.

So far, with the exception of a post or two, I like where this new social media direction is going. It's been more entertaining and more "real" in the last two weeks since he announced he was taking over than it was in the entire few years prior.

I never understood the bruhhaha over his social media. He is not Justin Bieber or One Direction so I don't see the need for him to follow fans(especially the over zealous ones). I expect to use his social platforms to promote his projects and hobbies, his friend's projects and a little look into his personal life. There really is not need for his timeline to full with "Zac I love you" everyday.

He's a lot happier since the last time he was in Hawaii

On Monday Zac got substantial notice on TMZ. They showed video of Di Niro coming up behind Zac and poking him in the ass with his thumb. I found that rather disturbing. Then, of course, several shots from the Only Underwear scene.

Dylan's poem is so cute, though I was expecting something like this...

He steals all my women
He steals all my wine
Because of him
I have a terrible time

At parties or events,
When I’m with a girl
She takes one look at him
And she’s off like a squirrel

Who sees a big nut
And she’s right, of course
He’s nuts in the head
With nuts like a horse

Or that’s what she says
When she finally returns,
And “he’s great in bed,
And that body, it burns!”

That’s why I’m changing my name
And riding out West
To find a lass who loves me
Out of all, the best.

It's also fairly impressive for a 11- or 12-year-old imo. He probably was too young for your version which is pretty entertaining too. :)

Yes, he was young when he wrote it, which is why it doesn't sound like mine, and yes, I thought it was pretty good for an 11-12 year old. Dylan's a funny guy - evidentially that runs in the family, lol

Sometimes I think what it must be like to be Zac's brother, and my heart goes out to him. There's a romantic comedy in there somewhere.

A doctoral dissertation could be written from Dylan's poem, in the psychology of sibling dynamics, not English Lit. "Yes, he does have a good side" "I guess he isn't that bad" Just the fact that Dylan would choose this subject to air in a school assignment says something.

Jung would be interested but I doubt ole Sigmund would have much to say, except that somehow it all comes down to child Dylan wanting to have sex with his mother and his poem signifies his resentment and competition with Zac for mommy's affection (that's what he would say, honestly.)

Or his father. Judith Butler has much to say about this in Gender Trouble (and everything else she's written - she's a freaking genius, and I don't say that often about people) but she's complicated, so I'll spare ya.

The pap is probably still cursing that Zac kept his shit on. lol. Good for Zac though. :)

And I'm still laughing about that US Weekly article. Idk who had the idea to connect Zac's shirtless pics to the various superheros but this is actually an entertaining and fun use of them. Much better than the bullshit stories so many of the tabloids make up.
