You can clearly tell in thr pics he's eating some type of food. So why say he's using roids????

First of all, I don't have a problem with steroids per se, although I don't use them. Studies have shown that mild, long term use of steroids is harmless (unless you have a pre-existing condition). Early bodybuilders (see movie Pumping Iron) used them mildly to great advantage, and today I think The Rock and Vin Diesel use small doses to enhance their workout and grow.

In fact, when men reach their senior years and testosterone starts to decline, this is pretty much what they're given to raise their hormonal levels (my dad uses something he rubs on his shoulder called Androgel.)

The problem comes when guys go cray cray and load up on them. Then aesthetics go out the window and they grow a third head on their shoulders, which looks ugly and grotesque (see contemporary bodybuilders). High quantities also thicken the heart wall and raise blood pressure, amongst other things, which kill you in the long run.

If Zac is using them (he could also be loading up on the legal enhancer, Creatine, which boosts workout capacity by swelling the cell with water)it's mild and harmless, though I wish he'd stick them in his ass rather than his upper body. Maybe he can get some of that gel my dad uses and rub in on his butt. I've considered sneaking some and rubbing it on my lateral deltoids to see if they'll cap, but knowing my luck they'll just grow hairy and I'll look stupid.

Haha. Why should he do it himself? Plenty of eager volunteers available.
