Zac writes to fan

@Curbiekoo, I have so much more I want to say. And I will- when I find the words. But I'll start here- When you stood up, with such strength, and sincerity and gave me perhaps the nicest compliment I've been paid...it meant so much more than that to me. @Facebook and online media in general, show only half the picture- sure people see me, but I never get to see them. Yesterday was the first time in a very long time that I was able to look into your eyes and remember why I do what I do- and will never stop. I needed that, more than you will ever know and just wanted to say thanks- face to face soon I hope. :)

He is such a see sweet sweetheart, and I'm happy he had this encounter with her. A few nice words can change so much.

Ha! I'm thinking that he wrote this himself, rather than his social media staff. The real thing has a certain something.

What a precious man. She must of really had an impact on him for him to do something like that.

What a sweetheart!

She's obviously a sweetheart too.

I'm dying to know what she said to him that made such impression on him. Was this the 30 year old with the HSM birthday?

BTW, using That Awkward Moment poster to talk about "Arguments to Inform" today in class. Since the class is themed identity politics I'm using Zac's and MBJs. I've got a wonderfully diverse group of 50% Caucasian, 49.9% Afro-American, one Americanized middle-Easterner, and a significant number of lesbians so it will be interesting this year. I must have a reputation of some sort to have so many different types of people signing up. No gays though, but then they might be uncover in Mississippi.

That was nice. (And it got him really good press too).
