Sony Classics acquires 'At Any Price'

Sony Pictures Classics has acquired all North American and Eastern European rights, excluding CIS and Russia, to Ramin Bahrani's "At Any Price."

Amazing news! Can we expect this film to be released this year? That news makes me hopeful that AAP really turned out great.

This is really fantastic news. SPC is a great fit for the movie and an excellent indie distributor. I hope the pre-festival pickup is a good sign for the quality of the movie.

Wow! The film was bought before the premiere! It really gives us hope that the movie is very good!
And that means we who live in the CIS, we will see "At Any Price"!

But I think that this will happen in the next year, not this. Schedules must have already completed before the end of the year.

But, it's OK, I hope that the CIS distributor will buy the movie after the premiere too. They're bought "The Paperboy", although he probably will be released on DVD...
