I am pleasantly surprised with how much space Zac takes up on the poster. I really wasn't expecting for him to be the main person on the poster.

It's more like his arm (and its associated muscles) is the main part. LOL
And I swear that looks like Ann Margaret sitting next to him!

So Zac's muscles got more poster time than Matthew's? WHAT?!?!? I'm obviously kidding.

I like it, but I'm concerned because he's the prime feature on the poster, with the other actors being smaller and hard to recognize. I thought the real value of this project was to put Zac into a movie with several other name actors who could help to pull audience. But this poster is marketing The Paperboy as another "Zac Efron Project," and so far those haven't started any fires at the box office. I want Zac to share the glory, not take all the blame.

Well the only exception to "Zac Efron projects" where he is the main focus on the poster, etc. is 17 Again. Zac was the only person on that poster, and that movie did really well at the box office. I mean I could see why he would be the main person since, at least in the book, the story is told through Zac's characters point of view, but then again most of the more intense scenes are with Matthew and John's characters (but Zac has some intense scenes too). But I agree with this 100% "I want Zac to share the glory, not take all the blame."

With that being said, I think once people see a trailer for this, then Zac won't be the main focus (if that makes sense). I think when it comes to screen time in the trailer to sell the movie, then that's when they're probably going to really show Matthew, Nicole, and John way more than Zac.

Also, Matthew has top billing, at least on the poster.

Exactly, so why is his image the smallest, with the top of his head cut off? The type is too small for all the names to attract any attention, so this is a Look At Zac Efron poster.

I love how it looks like a GTA poster.

Paperboy >>>> those other 4 movies.

* Actually I guess Trespass wasn't bad, just a flop. Lol jk I was looking at the RT for the wrong Trespass. It was both bad and a flop.

Idk if it means anything for Paperboy, lol, I just opened the millennium site and other than Iceman (and maybe that Lovelace movie? probably not), it was a mess.

There's just something about the poster that bugs me and I can't quite put my finger on it...

Same. I think it's this waxy feel I'm getting from the sheen on everyone's skin. Reminds me of Sweet Valley High book covers.
