The Matt Damon-Emily Blunt sci-fi romance The Adjustment Bureau has been shunted out of the summer to make way for the Zac Efron grief drama Charlie St Cloud, as Universal announced key changes and new release dates late last night .
Charlie St Cloud is brought forward to the summer from October 15 to July 30, bumping The Adjustment Bureau from that date to September 17.
Color me shocked.
I guess that means we'll get a trailer asap cause they're about a month behind on a typical romantic drama promo schedule now.
At least they are better off than Jonah Hex (cackle cackle). And interestingly enough, unless CBS moves Beastly, it means both Zac and Vanessa have films coming out the same day.
