me too. i've tried sending help requests to twitter but they don't do anything.

sometimes i think he should set up a verified account but not actually use it. but that way there is a real zac efron so all the fakers are obviously fakers.

even weirder, i think, is the girl who pretends to be his cousin... or the ones pretending to be his mom. too strange o_O

Only he (or his people) can set up a verified account I think.

I agree completely. It is incredibly frustrating. The biggest concern I have with it is that it is dangerous for these girls. How easy would it be for some psycho old perv to lure a young girl into meeting him when he's pretending to be Zac Efron.

Facebook is smart. And even Myspace has improved a lot since the beginning. They realize the liability and danger of having posers. So I know Facebook actually runs name checks and will not allow people to sign up with famous names without proof of identity. So a real Zac Efron who is not THE Zac Efron would have to submit proof they really are who they say they are in order to use FB under that name. It is very smart even though I'm sure it is frustrating for those it affects but it's all for the greater good, etc.

The thing to me is that if someone brings a poser to Twitter's attention they should do something about it asap. How many times does Zac have to say, no I don't Twitter or do any social networking before people believe him?

Maybe I just need to spam the help people with the poser accounts every day to make them take action.
