I stayed up to see this (yawn) but was disappointed. Zac was moving around so fast that you couldn't see him, and the "outtakes" from sports movies weren't particularly funny and too rushed for anyone to do any acting.

Zac needs a haircut. Is this something he is working for Baywatch?

Long commercial for M&D after the program segment. It occurs to me that to start serious promo so soon, Fox must think they have a viable product here, something that might have legs, not one of those movies they stick into an empty month just to fill the space and get rid of it.

Then again, these studio guys have proved a thousand times that they don't have a clue about what might be a hit or at least successful.

Random Efron
One of my hobbies is looking out for unexpected references to, and images of, Zac Efron. I scored on the past two Thursdays. First, there's a TV commercial out for a voice-activated remote controller. In the commercial, the people are watching movies on TV, and for a brief moment, Zac comes on the screen. It was too quick for me to identify the movie. Then, yesterday, TMZ was reporting on the horde of celebrities at the Saint Laurent Fashion Show, and of the half-dozen featured, Zac popped onto the screen. I thought it was telling that of the many celebs available, they chose to mention Zac among the few they highlighted.

One thing's for sure: he's looking great these days!

Watching Scarface and thinking "Damn, why couldn't this movie be made today, so Zac could be in it? He could even play opposite Michelle P (though I don't see him as Tony Montana, I would love to see him costar with Al Pacino).
