It's great to see it playing at TIFF. I was really hoping it would show. :D

What is a surprise to me is that it was announced as a North American/Canadian/International premiere which means it will world premiere somewhere else before. Typically that means it might play also Venice which is a surprise to me... I didn't expect that. I guess Telluride might be also a possiblity but iirc it doesn't count really into that since they don't preannounce their program. If it goes to Venice, the question is if it plays in or outside of competition. First time directors very, very rarely get into competition in Venice, so I guess it would play in a sidebar but that would be great too. Good thing, we don't have to wait for long - Venice will be announced on Thursday.

I'll add a link and more info (if there is some) as soon as it becomes available.

Since I won't be going to Toronto for the screening, this only interests me because it means he should be getting out, doing interviews, primping for the cameras. Gotta see more Zefron.
