Liberal Arts will also be screening at the Sydney Film Festival June 11th and June 15. Ticket info is here.

Also it seems as if the At Any Price crew and Zac were seen in Rochelle yesterday (per FB) and also a local news radio station, Newstalk 1060 WRHL posted:
Officials in Rochelle have received word that the movie filmed last fall in the downtown area will be released later this year. The name of the film is "At Any Price" as it stars Dennis Quad and Zac Efron.

3 locations were used on Lincoln Highway in Rochelle as part of the movie. The interior and exterior of the Hub Theatre will be part of the film along with the outside area of the H&R Block building and the area near the post office.

The film is based on a 4th generation farming family. It's currently in the "Post Production" stage.

Scenes were also shot at several locations in Dekalb County.

Hopefully the 'later this year' part is accurate!

Nice to see his next movie getting official dates. I'm really looking forward to it. Although I'm not sure he will do any press for it; perhaps a little bit if he has idle time.

My previously posted advice was that they should certainly use him for promo, but in a careful way. Since his part is so small, there's the risk that he would upstage the real stars or create a false public impression that this is a "Zac Efron movie". But his participation is valuable because some portion of his fan base will turn out just to see him in an unusual role when they would otherwise not be particularly interested in this movie. For a small movie like this, and extra hundred thousand ticket sales is worth a lot. I'd suggest pairing him up with Radnor* or some of the other players - ensemble promo, so to speak, so he's not the focus of attention but is there. And of course the red carpet, which is the supreme example of emsemble promo.

* Radnor actually has a good story here, how me and Zac met up, why he caat him, his attempt to "de-Efron" him, how they snuck him in and out of the shoot, and what a great job he did. Zac could just sit there blushing and murmuring "aw shucks, 'twarn't nothin."

Marking my calender for September 14th as the day I get to see Liberal Arts.

Hopefully filming reshoots continues to go smoothly without interruptions like last time.
