I was looking at pics and seeing the people that attended the Jonas Brothers look SOOO out of place. I'm not just saying this because I'm a Zac fan but he's for sure above the Jobros when it comes to Hollywood. They just looked so random there with all those other people.
Off-topic, but is there any word on The Lucky One trailer? I thought it'd be great if they play it before the new Twilight movie this weekend, but maybe it's too early for a April release.
They might release it before Twilight (which is the week after actually)... but they may also wait for NYE or later.
There is a Titanic re-release trailer coming out this week or next. The movie is 3D so presumably they'll release it with 3D Happy Feet (or Arthur Christmas or Hugo) but since it is also a romance, maybe they have a 2D version for Twilight. In that case, it might be better to wait for TLO till at least NYE. It'll look not-so-great next to Titanic.
Sometimes I wonder too if WB is waiting to see what the reaction is to the Titanic trailer to see if they want to move TLO again. That is total conjecture, but I think studios are realizing Titanic is going to do way better than anyone first anticipated. WB has to realize that won't be good for TLO.
Thanks for the reply. By the way, do you think two weeks gap between TLO and Titanic is very bad? I don't know, but a lot of movies lose steam on their third weekend... so maybe it won't hurt TLO that much...?
I guess WB should market TLO as a happy and sweet romatic movie which is totally different from Titanic.
You know...This recent gaggle of pics has three shots with a smile but mostly shots with no contraction of facial muscles at all. This Serious Zac seems to be the new standard, even in most of the recent casual pics with fans. We used to get a lot more of Goofy Zac. My first thought was that the constant attention has finally crushed his spirit. But the Serious Zac expression isn't just blank, he is kind of looking off beyond the far horizon with a contemplative air. Now I wonder whether this is an adopted pose, something he has consciously designed to show that he is now a serious actor and not just a goofy kid.
